I couldn't even right click on it. So went to the applications and right clicked it there and went to properties. Not much on there at all on it's properties.
Location: /user/share/applications
command: system-config=printer

Whereas the one in Stable has:

File:: system-config-printer.desktop
location::menue://applications/DesktopSettings
Target file:/user/share/applications config-printer.desktop

Big difference in the two isn't it? Oh well at least the Stable and the MX on the laptop is working good. Just that it don't print duplex on the Testing side of the house for some reason.

And did you run it in a terminal?

Couldn't get it to do so. Figure I was using wrong command in terminal somehow. Was tired and couldn't see straight nor type worht a shit.

Ran the system-config-printer command and came up with this. Don't make any sense to me.
