Issues big time logging in after having logged out this morning. Kept getting the 'verification' bit saying that user and or password incorrect. No matter how many times I tried. Eventually got blocked and told to retry in six minutes. Tried again with same thing. So decided to reset password. It took a couple tries on that also after the password reset. System issues again?

It doesn't sound like you have this problem, but don't forget that the hardware might be broken.

I had trouble logging in to somewhere recently, and it turned out the keyboard was broken. It had stopped typing several upper case letters. Easy and quick to check, if in doubt. Just open an editor and run through the keyboard.

Glad to see not only one. Had a few times I knew it was right password and still same issue. Sucks when it happens.

Just for the sake of interest, when you blokes have problems, write down the time of day and post it here. See if it is a repeating problem at the same time, if you can. Then one of us here in Europe can maybe try at the same time, and see if the problem exists from this end.

The thought behind that is, that it may not neccessarily be a forum problem, but perhaps something to do with traffic on the net. I don't know where the server is, but maybe that is a factor.

That could all be rubbish, too. ;)

I continue, out of habit, to open a new tab with some forum link and log in from there. Never any issue.

Will try to remember not to do that and try it from the "normal" page to do that from.

Haven't been on much because of some antique hardware issues here on my newish box. Some hdd problems. Some of these are about 9 years old.
